For all areas we deliver by courier services and delivered within 5-7 working days. shipping costs are automatically calculated for buyer, based on the buyer’s Postal code and the weight of the package. , Option "Local courier Service" Is only available if the shipping address is located in Sri lanka.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately to issue a RMA.To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, please return the item directly to the address mentioned in the RMA within 7 days of receipt RMA and in the same condition you received it in.
Sarasavi will also refund shipping costs if such costs are applicable, and the return was a result of an error on the bookseller's. If the return was not as a result of an error on the part of the bookseller, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

If your purchase is though a your credit card, funds will be deposited back in your credit card . Once your refund has been credited, we will send you confirmation of the refund via email.
